Brine Ingredients:
Salt, Brown Sugar, Fennel Seed, Sage, Rosemary, Parsley, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Thyme, Black Peppercorns, Celery Seed, Oregano, Bay Leaves, Mustard Powder, Coriander Seed, Whole Cloves
ALL INGREDIENTS ARE ORGANIC
Brine Directions:
WET (RECOMMENDED!):
Submerge turkey in water. Empty entire jar in water. Stir until mixture disperses. Refrigerate 12-24 hours before cooking. Remove turkey from brine. No need to rinse; salt amount has been tempered for wet and dry.
DRY: Rub 1/4 cup of mixture over entire bird.
(Pro Tip: Rub under the skin of breast.)
Refrigerate 10 - 24 hours before cooking.
